TG Racing sells two kinds of products, and they ship on different timelines. Every product page and your cart show the estimate for each item before you check out.
TG Racing products
Ships in 1–2 business days
In-stock Shiftlocks, brackets, bolt kits and TG accessories. Packed and shipped by us in Durham, Connecticut.
Partner-brand products
Ships from the brand
Fulfilled by other e-moto brands through Shopify Collective, on their own timeline. Not eligible for TG Racing's 1–2 day shipping.
Processing vs. transit
- Processing — time from your order until the package leaves TG Racing or the partner brand.
- Carrier transit — time USPS, UPS or another carrier takes to deliver it after it ships.
- Estimated delivery — the two combined.

Estimated delivery = processing + carrier transit, counted in calendar days from your order date (processing in business days where noted). Our order history: based on our own recent orders from that brand. Provisional: based on limited orders or the brand's published policy, pending verification. Not verified: we don't have enough information to give a range yet — contact us before ordering if timing matters.
Orders with items from more than one brand
Each brand ships its own items. An order with TG Racing items and partner-brand items, or items from several brands, arrives in separate packages, on different dates, each with its own tracking number. A fast-shipping TG Racing item doesn't make the rest of the order ship faster.
Preorders, backorders and made-to-order items
- Preorders ship when the brand or TG Racing has the item ready. The product page shows the expected timing, or says the date isn't confirmed yet.
- Backorders and delays: if an item can't ship within the estimate shown when you ordered, we'll email you with the new date. You can wait or cancel that item for a refund before it ships.
- Made-to-order and custom items — built-to-order wheels, printed graphics and custom finishes — need build time before they ship. It's included in the estimate where we know it.
- Batteries, motors, controllers, forks, wheels and complete bikes can take several weeks. We ask you to confirm the delivery estimate before these go in your cart. Need one by a certain date? Call or text 860-876-6026 first.
Carrier delays
All times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, holidays, high-volume periods, carrier delays and brand stock levels can add time.
Tracking your order
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as each package ships — one per package. You can also view your order from the link in your confirmation email or by signing in. How to track your order.
