# TG Racing — Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
**Effective Date: July 10, 2026**
Thank you for shopping with TG Racing. We take pride in designing and manufacturing premium, USA-made e-moto components, and we stand behind the quality of every part we ship. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as completing a purchase on tgracing.org constitutes acceptance of the terms below.
## 1. Order Processing & Cancellation Window
At TG Racing, we move fast. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment quickly — often within hours of being placed — so that your parts arrive as soon as possible.
Because of this, orders may only be cancelled or modified **before a shipping label has been created** for your order. If you need to cancel or change an order (size, color, variant, or shipping address), contact us immediately at **860-876-6026** or through our [Contact page](https://tgracing.org/pages/contact). We will do our best to accommodate any request received before your order enters fulfillment.
## 2. No Refunds After Shipping Label Creation
**Once a shipping label has been created for your order, the sale is final and the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.**
Label creation means your order has been picked, packed, and committed to our shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). At that point, fulfillment costs have been incurred and your package is in the delivery pipeline. You will receive a tracking number by email as confirmation that your order has shipped.
This policy applies to all products sold on tgracing.org, including shift locks, brackets, hardware, titanium components, graphics, wraps, and partner-brand products fulfilled through our retail network.
## 3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
All TG Racing shipments include tracking, and USPS shipments include up to $100 of carrier insurance.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier. If your tracking shows your package as lost, stalled, or delivered but not received, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier (USPS or UPS). We are happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim — just reach out.
## 4. Defective or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction with the quality of our products matters to us. If you receive an item that is **defective, damaged in manufacturing, or different from what you ordered**, contact us within **7 days of delivery** at 860-876-6026 with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos of the item and packaging
Verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors will be resolved at our discretion with a replacement part or store credit. This is the sole exception to Section 2 and does not extend to damage caused by installation, use, crashes, modification, or normal wear.
## 5. Warranty & Product Use Disclaimer
TG Racing components are designed and tested for e-moto use. Riding is an inherently demanding activity; parts are sold with the understanding that they will be subjected to real-world conditions. Damage resulting from crashes, jumps, abuse, improper installation, or modification is not covered by this policy. Always ensure parts are installed correctly and hardware is torqued to spec before riding.
## 6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you ordered the wrong fitment and your order has not yet entered fulfillment (no label created), contact us immediately and we will correct it. After label creation, Section 2 applies — so please double-check your bike model and variant selections (fitment details are listed on every product page) before completing checkout.
## 7. Chargebacks
We ask that customers contact us directly with any order issue before initiating a payment dispute. We respond quickly and fairly, and nearly every issue can be resolved faster through direct contact than through a dispute process. Chargebacks filed on orders with confirmed delivery and no reported defect will be contested with full shipment documentation.
