The bracket comes zinc plated silver to give that chrome look.
What a Shiftlock does
A TG Racing Shiftlock bolts to your bike with a model-specific bracket and gives your boot a fixed point to lock against. Your foot stays in a consistent position, so you can hold the bike with your lower body and focus on throttle, braking and body position.
It's a rider-control accessory. It is not a theft-prevention device.

Included 1 × TG Racing Shiftlock Made in USA Material Steel with a durable finish Hardware Matching bolt kits and titanium hardware are available above under "Complete your setup".
Installation
Remove the stock bolts at the mounting point for your bike.
Fit the bracket using the stock bolts or a TG bolt kit.
Attach the Shiftlock and tighten to your bike manufacturer's torque spec. Blue thread locker is recommended.
Before riding, check that nothing touches the brake pedal, chain or frame through full suspension travel.

Will it fit my bike? Each Shiftlock is made for the specific bike in its title. If your model year or setup is unusual, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.
When will it ship? In-stock TG Racing Shiftlocks usually ship within 1–2 business days from Connecticut. If you add partner-brand parts, those ship separately on their own timeline.
Do I need special tools? Standard metric hand tools. A torque wrench and blue thread locker are recommended.
